Offerings of Guidance
Uniting Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Hatha Flow
Yoga
This class incorporates the practice of Pranayama or Breathing technique, to center oneself, and be present with ones own mind, and body. You will be guided through a sequence, consisting of Traditional Surya Namaskar, along with standing, and seated Asanas. This repetitive slow flow, and length of time held in each Asana, enhances a meditative focus to the connection of movement within the body, and to ones own breath; ultimately, creating a unified state of Presence.

'Strala' Inspired Hatha
Yoga
Strala translates from Swedish as ‘to radiate light’. Strala Yoga encourages pure softness, and ease, as you flow through each, and every Asana, resulting in a practice of movement meditation.
Hatha is a Traditional Yoga practice igniting Presence with, and Grounding of oneself, through connecting the Breath, Body, and Mind. Ha- translates to Sun, and -tha translates to Moon, representing our Yang & Yin energies. The word Hatha in Sanskrit means ‘willful’, relaying to the willingness to practice.
In this practice you will consciously strengthen the body, release any tension, and renew all that you are. Uniting with the breath through presence, the body through movement, and the mind through stillness.
'Strala Strong'
Yoga
This sequence is a heated dynamic flow incorporating an engaging core-breath, while connecting to each Asana, to warm & detoxify the entire body. A practice focused on building strength throughout the body, while centered around the core, and encouraging alignment within each posture; concluding in a guided Svanasana, to relax the muscles, release the joints, and receive the benefits of your practice.

Therapeutic
Yoga
Therapeutic Yoga involves employing a variety of yoga practices to try to improve a health condition, chronic pain, or even to ease, and heal past traumas stored in your body. It is a blend of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath work, hands-on healing, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that makes it an excellent choice for those who need a gentle yet effective practice for bringing the body into balance.
These elements are integrated into a sequence that is also suitable for people who are beginning yoga, recovering from an injury, or are looking for a mellow flow.
Restorative
Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic, gentle, and slow practice that uses many props (blankets, pillows, eye bags, blocks, belts, etc.) to bring you to a profound state of tranquility, and relaxation- to a place where you can hear yourself again. It’s easier for most of us to run, and sweat, than sit quietly still. Restorative Yoga is naptime for adults.
In a world of chronic stress, and speed, we need to balance this energy through the art of slowing down. It invites us to surrender, calms the mind, and heals the body faster especially after surgery or during illness. You will activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for rest, recovery, repair, and deep healing.
All poses are comfortable, and passive, with hardly any movement. With props, and stillness the tension in your body is slowly released, enhancing your mood, and reconnecting to your soulful nature: Peace.

Yin
Yoga
Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Fascia is a web-like material that surrounds all internal organs, muscles, and bones. When the body stores trauma or illness, fascia builds/tightens up, causing tension, and dis-ease. This class will consist mostly of lying postures, close to the earth, utilizing as many props as needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 3-7 minutes. The more time spent in a posture, the more the mind slows, the breath deepens, and the vessel opens up, and the web unravels, relaxing the fascia, and releasing any tensions throughout the body. This class is a great complement to your more active Yoga practice.
Yin and Yang
Yoga
This class is designed to bring some balance back into your body, and mind, through asana and breath. With the first half of the class consistent of a Yang, or an active sequence, to warm up the muscles, and lubricate the joints; while the second half of the class incorporates Yin postures, for deep stretches, and openings, to release, renew, and restore.

Pre/Postnatal
Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is specific to women during pregnancy. Each class is designed with the knowledge of the changes that occur through each Trimester. Prenatal Yoga dives deeper than the physical layer, through practice. Not only is Prenatal Yoga about connecting to the Life Force that is being created inside of you, along with the magnificent Feminine energy within you, and a community of women surrounding, it is about educating oneself on the process of pregnancy, birth, and recovery post-birth.
Postnatal Yoga, dependent upon your labor, and birth experience, encourages coming back to your practice between 3-6 weeks. Each session if focused on strengthening the pelvic floor, and abdominals, as well as easing into the comfort of your newfound vessel, post birth. Feel Loved, Supported, and Strong!
Kids Yoga
Ages 3-7 & 8-12
Each class will relate to a particular theme, or journey. We may dive deeper into understanding a particular emotion, to give children a greater sense of connection to oneself, and assure them that it is okay to feel any, and all emotions, along with gifting them with the tools on how to express their feelings Mindfully. We may also go on a journey to a destination(s); this allows children to explore different parts of nature, the world, and the universe entirely. Throughout each journey we practice breath in a playful way, and are guided into relaxation in a subtle form.
Each class enables an engaging atmosphere of Understanding, Imagination, and Exploration, while incorporating play, laughter, and freedom of movement throughout the body.

Swing (Aerial)
Yoga
Swing Yoga is a playful approach to Yoga. This style of Yoga is great for strengthening and flexibility, with assists; meaning it is accessible for all levels. Whether it is your first class or 100th class, this is an opportunity to release any sense of fear, and to create a deeper sense of trust, in yourself, your physical ability, and of course your swing. Swing Yoga is encouraged to those with any previous injury, especially in relation to joint or muscle weakness, or pain. The swing supports the weight of the body, allowing less weight on any previous injury, and encouraging surrounding muscles, as well as the swing, to assist in strengthening overtime.
Swing Yoga also offers something unique that Yoga on the Earth does not… full decompression of the spine. Hang upside down, fully supported, and feel your vertebrae unravel one-by-one, and invite gravity to create that space in the spine, allowing energy to flow more freely through the body. Enjoy, and Fly High!
Usui/Tibetan Reiki Degree 1-4
Intuitive Energetic Healing Technique
Reiki is an ancient Japanese Healing Technique. Once guided into a deep state of relaxation through verbal, and musical cues, the practitioner channels 'Life Force' energy to induce relaxation, and promote healing throughout the patient: physically, mentally, and emotionally. ‘Life Force’ energy is around us, and within us in every moment, healing oneself is available to anyone, but with Reiki knowledge, sacred symbols, and visualizations are incorporated to bring the flow through any blockages, and release any spaces of dis-ease. Reiki goes beyond the physical vessel, and beyond time, and space. Reiki clears the bio-field or ‘aura’, of past, and present trauma, stress, and any other form of blockage, and dis-ease.

Sound Bowl Therapy
Intuitive Energetic Healing Technique
Sound Bowl Therapy, as with any form of healing, is energetic and vibrational. Energy, and Vibrations are in constant circulation, and flow. I play the bowls on, and off of the body, in relation to your chakras (energy centers). Our physical vessels are made up of over 60% water, and the vibrations of the bowls impact the body on a cellular depth, with the help of the water element. Aiding in the release of any past traumas, conscious or unconscious, and offers cleansing through the body, as well as, fires up the digestive system.
Crystal Therapy
Intuitive Energetic Healing
Every crystal has a unique vibration, through colour and calling, they each host a purpose, and offer healing. I like to incorporate crystals on the energy centers (7 chakras) of the body, as well as the meridians (energy channels) along the body. The depth of the crystals is in response to the receptivity of your vessel, some spaces may need a little more love than others, but ultimately the body, mind, and spirit as a whole will feel centered, and clear.
